  • Feature the seller’s home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which exposes it to all cooperating member brokers and feeds third-party sites.
  • Advise the seller about the best ways to stage and prepare the home for sale.
  • Recommend vetted licensed contractors and vendors, if needed, to help prepare the home for market.
  • Screen potential buyers for financial qualifications.
  • Highlight the benefits and features of the home and neighborhood to potential buyers.
  • Host “broker opens” to bring potential buyer agents into the home to preview.
  • Coordinate showings with buyer agents and unrepresented buyers.
  • Show the home with the seller’s permission.
  • Answer any questions buyers have.
  • Provide showing feedback to the seller.
  • Present the seller with all offers.
  • Negotiate top dollar on the seller’s behalf.
  • Coordinate the home purchase process with inspectors, attorneys, appraisers, etc.
  • Facilitate the closing process— the final step in the sale.
  • Communicate market activity to the seller with weekly updates/reports.
  • Make the home selling process as easy as possible for the seller.
